ZeroW provides individualised powerlifting coaching services. Results vary based on individual effort, dedication, physical condition, and other factors. ZeroW does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from its coaching services.
ZeroW offers a Coach Development Course designed to train powerlifting coaches. Upon successful completion of the course requirements, participants receive a certificate of completion. ZeroW reserves the right to modify course content, structure, and delivery methods at any time.
ZeroW may offer online programs, resources, and digital products. Access to these materials is granted upon purchase and is subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to utilise the service, or where a significant portion of a program has been accessed or delivered.

Powerlifting and strength training carry inherent physical risks. By participating in any ZeroW coaching program or following ZeroW training advice, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
ZeroW strongly recommends consulting a qualified medical professional before beginning any new training program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
ZeroW coaches are not medical professionals. Nothing provided by ZeroW should be construed as medical advice. ZeroW is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from participation in its programs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroW and its directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZeroW in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protection laws.
Any proprietary training methods, programming systems, business practices, or other confidential information shared with you in the course of ZeroW services remains the confidential property of ZeroW. You agree not to disclose or use such information outside of your personal use of our services.
ZeroW reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or ZeroW.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. For users in the United States, these Terms are also subject to applicable US federal and state laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation before proceeding to the appropriate courts.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
